Lions and Crocs and Water Buffalo, Oh My!
A co-worker pointed this video out to me the other day. Chances are you’ve seen it, since the last I checked it had received about 30 million hits over at YouTube. Then again, I had never seen it until a little over a week ago. It is, in a word, amazing.
Check it out…
I’d hate to have been that baby water buffalo. Talk about a bad day.

Hey Iceberg,
First of all, let me say it’s good to see you back and posting quite regularly now. As a loyal reader for many, many years I was disappointed with the lull in Jan. and Feb. But common, crocodile-lion-water buffalo video?
Next, I also dig the Vietnam pics as I, too, will be headed there in just 3 weeks. So maybe the next time I see you won’t be in Anyang but rather in Hanoi.
Speaking of traveling, I was looking for some advice from you or one of your berg readers. Today, I took a stroll to my friendly, neighbourhood Nong Hyup bank to ask for an international credit card. As it turned out my friendly neighbourhood bank wasn’t as friendly as I thought. I got the “Sorry, we don’t issue international cards to foreigners” put down. I tried KB and Gwangju bank but got the same reply. So I was wondering, have you (or any of your readers) come across this problem and what did you do? I know this topic was covered on the Marmot’s hole around the end of Feb. but I forgot what the bottom line was. Anyway, any help or news would be appreciated. And it’s good to see you back blogging. But next time at least post the video of the bear boucing on the trampoline…now that’s gold!
